Technical support fee is $25, includes up to 20 minutes of tech support with one problem. Once you have paid for the service you will receive a code and the phone number for the technician. Please give him the code number when calling. Tech support hours 7AM-5PM Pacific Time. Please have your machine make and model ready before calling the technician. Our vending technician has over 20 years experience with working on vending machines of all types and in most cases he can diagnose your problem over the phone.
